We Understand the Weight of "Zhetai Spirit" Amid Xi'an's Fatigue and Passion

To enhance team cohesion and enrich employees' spare time, the team from Zhetai Vehicle journeyed to Xi'an. In this ancient capital with a thousand years of history, where history meets mountains and rivers, we not only felt the pulse of civilization but also tempered the essence of Zhetai's spirit—"collaboration, innovation, courage, and ambition"—through exhaustion.

1. The "Endless Walk" at the Terracotta Army: Glimmers of Collaboration Amid Fatigue

In the endless corridors of the Terracotta Army Museum, we followed the traces of the millennium-old military formation for hours. Sweat soaked through our clothes and our steps grew heavy, yet no one slowed down their pace of exploration. Some took the initiative to share insights, others helped look after fellow colleagues’ belongings, and a few stayed at the back to support teammates who were exhausted...

This willingness to "lend a hand" even when tired mirrors Zhetai’s production workshops: no matter how sophisticated the blueprints from the German R&D team are, without the tireless adjustments by colleagues at the 25,000-square-meter domestic production base (even working late into the night with heavy eyelids), we could not achieve an annual production capacity of 100,000 high-quality e-bikes. Fatigue is the footnote to collaboration, and every "standing together through hard times" becomes the foundation of Zhetai’s reliable products.

2. The "Extreme Climb" Up Huashan: The Edge of Courage After Fatigue

Behind Huashan’s reputation as "the most perilous mountain under heaven" lies legs that felt like they were filled with lead, palms sweating with tension, and every step tempting us to give up. But when we stood on the cliffside of the Changkong Plank Road, watching teammates clench their teeth and take each step, and seeing someone stretch out a hand to say "Let me pull you up" when out of breath—those moments of fatigue suddenly turned into medals of "courage".

This echoes Zhetai’s breakthroughs in the e-mobility industry: from countless failures in developing the first snow e-bike (the team worked until their eyes turned red, revising plans over and over) to overcoming challenges in independent patented technologies (coffee became a "must-have" on desks)... All the fatigue that made us want to give up eventually became the stepping stones to breaking new ground in the industry.

This Xi’an trip, initiated to "unite the team", saw us return with tired bodies but a more passionate team spirit. The sore legs from the Terracotta Army walk and the courage forged on Huashan are the "living embodiment" of Zhetai’s spirit—because we know that to build e-bikes that "transform journeys" and become a leader in the low-carbon environmental protection sector, we must have the persistence to keep pushing even when exhausted to the limit.
